Presenting Grateful Fest to the public is a huge undertaking, and only made possible by the help of our volunteers.  We’re aiming for 6,000 guests this year and we have added more fun activities, advertising and planning to reach more. Let’s work together to make the 3rd Annual Grateful Fest one of the largest summer events in central Indiana.

Thank you for volunteering for Grateful Fest 2023!  We are looking for help on October 6 Set up & the for the event.  There are many areas you can help with, and they are listed below in the signup form below.  Please note you must be 18 years of age or older and in good health, and can provide your own transportation to and from the fairgrounds. 

The address is: Morrow’s Meadow, 1901 S Tiger Drive, Yorktown, All volunteers must report to the south stage area to check in at the registration table.

As a general volunteer, you will receive a volunteer Tie-Dye T-Shirt, (by October 3, 2023).  PLEASE NOTE:  Blue jeans, black or Khaki-color pants or Shorts only.  T-shirt can be worn by itself for a top, or over a white shirt, blouse, or T-Shirt.  

Parking volunteers will wear Lime Green T-Shirts. Pants or shorts of any color is acceptable.

We will have a cookout at the fairgrounds for volunteers on setup day Friday, and teardown day Sunday the 27th, Your help is important.
